Shipping policy

This policy applies to orders placed through tryeverhold.com. The shipping options, price, and delivery estimate available for a specific address are shown at checkout.

United States shipping

Everhold currently focuses on customers in the United States. Free tracked U.S. shipping applies when it is displayed on the product page and at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information after the carrier accepts the parcel.

Estimated delivery time

Most U.S. orders arrive within 6–12 business days after dispatch. A small number may take up to 14 business days. These are good-faith estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier disruption, severe weather, customs processing, remote destinations, or unusually high order volume can cause delays.

Tracking

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email for the latest carrier update. Tracking can take several business days to show its first scan. If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the estimated window has passed, use our Contact page and include your order number so we can investigate.

Address accuracy

Please check the delivery address before completing checkout. Contact us immediately if it needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. Additional shipping costs caused by an incomplete or incorrect address may be the customer's responsibility unless the error was ours.

Delayed, lost, or undeliverable orders

If we learn that we cannot ship within the time stated at purchase, we will provide a revised estimate and, when required, the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. If tracking indicates that a parcel is lost or is returned to sender, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate replacement or refund based on the carrier outcome and applicable law.

Taxes and charges

Any taxes collected by Everhold are displayed at checkout. We will not add a separate shipping charge after purchase. Charges assessed by a bank, card provider, or local authority are outside Everhold's control unless applicable law states otherwise.
