Tracking and delays
A tracking link is sent by email after the carrier accepts the parcel. Tracking can take several business days to show its first scan. If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the estimated window has passed, use our Contact page and include your order number.
Address accuracy
Check the delivery address before completing checkout and contact us immediately if it needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Most U.S. orders arrive 6–12 business days after dispatch; a small number may take up to 14. Tracking is sent by email.

You may request a return within 60 days after delivery. Return-shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return.
